Archiving and Retention Policy

Turkuaz Publishing hosts published content on its platform for a limited period in order to provide digital access to publications.

???? The platform does not guarantee permanent storage of published content on its own servers.

Retention Period

Turkuaz Publishing makes published content available on the platform subject to technical, administrative, and legal conditions.
The retention period may vary depending on infrastructure capabilities, regulatory changes, and operational requirements.

The publisher reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate hosting of content without prior notice.

Permanent Archiving

Long-term digital preservation and permanence of published works are provided outside the Turkuaz Publishing platform through third-party open access repositories.

Accordingly, full-text versions of published books and book chapters are deposited in international open access repositories such as Zenodo.

Zenodo:

  • Is a European Commission–supported open access infrastructure

  • May provide persistent identifiers (e.g., DOI)

  • Offers long-term digital preservation services

Content Removal and Access Restriction

Turkuaz Publishing may restrict or remove access to content on its platform in cases of:

  • Technical requirements

  • Legal obligations or requests

  • Violations of publication ethics

  • Administrative or operational decisions

In such cases, the availability of the content in third-party open access repositories (e.g., Zenodo) may remain unaffected and is beyond the control of Turkuaz Publishing.

Limitation of Responsibility

Turkuaz Publishing does not guarantee perpetual access to content hosted on its platform.
Responsibility for long-term preservation and permanence lies with third-party archiving systems under their respective policies.
