Publication Fees and Open Access

Publication fees charged by Turkuaz Publishing are not access fees.

These fees cover services related to:

  • Editorial evaluation

  • Technical preparation

  • Layout and publishing infrastructure

  • Distribution and platform services

Authors retain the copyright of their published works.

Authors grant Turkuaz Publishing permission to distribute their works as open access publications via the platform.

The applicable license type (e.g., CC BY, CC BY-NC) is clearly indicated on each publication page and communicated to authors during the publication process.

Open Access and Permanence

Open access refers to free availability of content, not to permanent hosting on the publisher’s platform.

Long-term preservation and permanence are addressed under a separate archiving policy.
